How we handle customer data and photos.

We collect the information you provide during the photo and checkout process, including name, email address, phone number, shipping or pickup information, order details, uploaded photos, generated photo files, selected store information, and messages you send us.

We also collect limited technical information such as device, browser, IP address, session identifiers, payment status, and logs needed to secure the service, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud, and complete orders.

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on our servers.

FastPhoto uses uploaded photos only to create, review, deliver, and support your document photo order. We do not sell your photos, use them to train public AI models, or use them for unrelated advertising.

Some automated checks may estimate face position, head size, background quality, image sharpness, and similar compliance signals. These checks are used to prepare and review your order, not to identify you across other services.

Do not upload government IDs, passports, birth certificates, Social Security cards, medical records, or other sensitive documents unless a specific workflow asks for them.

We use information to create compliant photo files, process payment, send confirmations and status updates, provide customer support, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, comply with law, improve reliability, and document business records.

For Walgreens pickup orders, we send the information required for fulfillment to Walgreens or its photo-printing systems, including the print file, pickup store, pickup contact information, and order identifiers.

We share information with service providers that help us run the service, including hosting, storage, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, image processing, error monitoring, customer support, and photo fulfillment providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, to enforce our Terms, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. If future advertising or analytics practices are considered a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law, we will provide required notices and choices.

Uploaded and generated image files are retained for up to 90 days unless a shorter period is required by operational needs or you request deletion sooner and we can honor the request.

Order records, payment status, audit logs, support records, and non-image business records may be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and operational purposes.

Deletion of images may not remove copies already sent to a fulfillment partner, payment processor, email recipient, backup system, or store selected by you.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, storage system, transmission method, or security control can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for using an accurate email address and protecting access to email links, order numbers, and devices used to access your order.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion of images, or other privacy assistance. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete, opt out of certain processing, limit certain sensitive information uses, or appeal a privacy decision.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate consent, contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies.
