Terms of Service

Rules for using FastPhoto.

These Terms are intended to protect the service and explain customer responsibilities. They should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before launch or heavy use.

Using the service

FastPhoto provides tools to create, review, format, deliver, and fulfill document-style photos. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and only upload photos and content you have the right to use.

You may not use the service to create fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized identity materials. We may refuse, cancel, suspend, or limit orders that appear abusive, unlawful, technically unsafe, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Photo compliance and acceptance

We aim to format photos according to selected product requirements, but acceptance by any government agency, private organization, school, employer, or other third party is not guaranteed.

Automated checks and human review are assistance tools only. Final acceptance depends on the receiving authority and may be affected by customer-provided image quality, lighting, pose, clothing, facial expression, printing conditions, rule changes, or reviewer discretion.

You are responsible for choosing the correct product type, reviewing the result, and confirming that it is appropriate for your intended use.

Orders, payment, and fulfillment

Prices, taxes, fees, delivery methods, and turnaround estimates are shown during checkout and may change before an order is placed. Payment must be authorized and captured before an order is processed.

Digital orders are delivered to the email address provided at checkout. For pickup orders, we may transmit required order information and print files to Walgreens or another fulfillment partner selected by you.

Pickup timing, store availability, print quality, store hours, employee assistance, cancellations by the store, and store-specific pickup policies are controlled by the fulfillment partner, not FastPhoto.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing a usable photo, accurate contact information, an email address you can access, and, for pickup orders, a reachable phone number and correct pickup store.

You agree to check your order confirmation and status page promptly and contact us if something appears wrong. Delays caused by inaccurate information, email filtering, payment issues, or store availability are not our responsibility.

Refunds and corrections

Because photo processing may begin immediately after payment, completed digital orders and submitted pickup orders may be non-refundable except where required by law or stated in a separate refund policy.

If we make a formatting or processing mistake, our sole obligation is, at our choice, to correct the file, resubmit fulfillment when feasible, issue store guidance, or refund the affected order amount.

We are not responsible for travel costs, appointment fees, application fees, missed deadlines, rejected applications, replacement document costs, or other indirect losses.

Third-party services

The service may rely on third parties including Stripe, Walgreens, email providers, hosting providers, storage providers, mapping providers, analytics providers, and image-processing providers.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party systems, outages, decisions, policies, acts, omissions, or content.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and acceptance by any agency or organization.

We do not provide legal, immigration, travel, government filing, identity verification, or professional advice. Information on the site is general and may not reflect the latest rules for every document or jurisdiction.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FastPhoto and its owners, employees, contractors, suppliers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service or an order is limited to the amount you paid to FastPhoto for the order giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limits may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FastPhoto from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your photos, information, misuse of the service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

Disputes

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the issue informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any claim must be brought individually and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
